? We’re Hiring | Senior Research Analyst – Founding Team Golden Axis is a startup building technology-led financial infrastructure for investment research, investment intelligence, and regulated wealth services.

We are now building our initial team and are looking for an experienced Research Analyst with 5+ years of relevant experience who wants to be part of the journey from the ground up.

This is not a conventional analyst role. You will have the opportunity to contribute to research strategy, analytical frameworks, investment intelligence, team building, and the development of our research function.

? Position Senior Research Analyst / Research Lead ? Experience 5+ years in investment research, equity research, financial analysis, portfolio research, asset management, investment banking, wealth management, or a closely related field.

? What You’ll Do • Conduct fundamental and quantitative research across companies, industries, sectors, and investment opportunities

- Analyze financial statements, business models, valuation, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Develop investment research reports, investment theses, and analytical frameworks
- Track macroeconomic, industry, and market developments
- Identify investment opportunities, risks, catalysts, and long-term trends
- Build structured research methodologies and internal research standards
- Convert complex financial information into clear, actionable investment intelligence
- Contribute to the development of Golden Axis investment products and research-driven solutions
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives
- Help establish the initial research team, processes, workflows, and quality standards
- Mentor and eventually lead junior research analysts as the team expands

? **What We’re Looking For

Essential:** • 5+ years of relevant professional experience

- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment research
- Excellent fundamental analysis and financial modelling skills




- Strong knowledge of financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Ability to independently develop an investment thesis
- Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in an early-stage, highly dynamic workplace
- High ownership and willingness to build systems rather than simply follow them

Strong advantage: • Equity research / investment research experience

- CFA or relevant professional qualification
- Experience covering multiple sectors or asset classes
- Experience building research processes or teams
- Strong Excel / financial modelling capabilities
- Familiarity with financial data and research platforms
- Experience working with startups or entrepreneurial teams
