Role Description The Research Analyst role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Research

Analyst will be responsible for conducting market and industry research to support demand generation campaigns and client projects, including gathering, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources. This role involves preparing reports, summaries, and insights to guide targeting strategies for email marketing, telemarketing, ABM, and other lead generation initiatives.

Analyst will collaborate with internal teams to refine prospect lists, define audience segments, and support the creation of data-driven marketing programs. Daily tasks include working with databases and spreadsheets, monitoring campaign performance metrics, and providing recommendations to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Statistics knowledge to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Research skills to design studies, collect information, and assess market trends and customer behavior.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to present findings, collaborate with teams, and prepare client-facing reports.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or lead generation environments is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines are desirable.
