Role Description The RERA Accountant at Twiite will manage accounting and compliance responsibilities related to real estate projects under RERA regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing ledgers and statements, monitoring project-wise cash flows, and reconciling accounts.

The role also involves supporting statutory filings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring documentation aligns with applicable real estate and accounting standards. The RERA Accountant will collaborate with management on periodic financial reporting and assist in audits as required. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate accounting practices, with the ability to handle project-wise financial tracking and compliance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and report preparation.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret financial data and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/Inter, CMA/Inter) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in RERA accounting or real estate finance is preferred, with familiarity in statutory filings and audit support.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume, on-site work environment in Mumbai.
