This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Analyst based in Pune.

The Research

Analyst will be responsible for gathering contact-level information by leveraging various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Google, and other research platforms.

The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience with MS Excel and advanced formulas, along with the ability to navigate systems and databases effectively. The candidate should be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.

Requirements and Skills

- Qualification: 12th Pass

- Experience: 6 months to 12 months of relevant experience

- Proven experience in successfully executing B2B research or lead generation activities.

- Good knowledge of primary research.

- Proficient in utilizing various channels, such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to generate leads.

- Expertise in data collection and email validation.

- Proficient in contact discovery and prospect verification through calling.





- Positive hands-on experience with MS Excel and internet browsing skills.

- Previous experience in contact discovery or lead generation is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Ability to meet set targets on a daily and weekly basis.

- Perform data capture and list research as per client requirements.

- Gather information on revenue description, industry, employee size, company headquarters, and employee profiles.

- Examine and validate the accuracy of data to ensure it meets client-required specifications.

- Qualify contacts and prospects by calling operators to verify information relevant to the required specifications.

- Conduct contact discovery and prospect research using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Google, and other relevant databases.

- Perform email validation and ensure contact information is accurate and up to date.

- Maintain data quality and consistency across research databases and CRM systems.

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through effective research and verification.

- Follow defined research processes, quality standards, and client-specific data requirements.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly research and data quality targets.
