About Climaty AI Climaty AI is building an intelligent technology ecosystem for modern advertising, helping brands and agencies improve media planning, execution, optimization, reporting and measurement using AI.

The Role We are looking for a hands-on Reporting, MIS & Data Analytics professional to own and build our reporting ecosystem across digital media campaigns.

You will bring together data from Meta, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok, Snapchat, CRM and other sources to automate reporting, build dashboards and turn campaign data into actionable business insights.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end MIS and performance reporting across digital media platforms
- Automated dashboards and reporting using Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio
- Integration of media CRM lead sales/revenue data
- Analysis of KPIs including spend, CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and revenue
- Data validation, reconciliation and resolution of reporting discrepancies
- Reporting automation using SQL,



Excel/Google Sheets and data connectors/APIs
- Standardized reporting templates, SOPs, data definitions and QA processes
- Performance insights and recommendations for internal teams and clients

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in MIS, Reporting, Marketing Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Strong digital media knowledge with hands-on exposure to Meta, Google Ads and DV360
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets SQL
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio
- Experience integrating data from multiple platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to build reporting processes and dashboards from scratch
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have Experience with GA4, BigQuery, Python, APIs, Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho, ETL/ELT or offline conversion data.
