About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Reporter & Content Writer based in Lucknow with strong knowledge of politics, current affairs, and news.

The candidate should have excellent political awareness, strong reporting and writing skills, and the ability to closely track political developments in Uttar Pradesh and across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Report on political, social, and current-affairs developments in Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh.
- Research and write political news reports, articles, scripts, and digital content.
- Track breaking news, political developments, leaders, parties, and government policies.
- Conduct interviews and gather information from reliable sources.
- Develop accurate, engaging, and fact-based content for digital platforms.
- Monitor daily news and identify important stories and trending topics.
- Fact-check information before publication.
- Work closely with the editorial and content team to meet daily content requirements.





Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in reporting, journalism, or political content writing.
- Strong knowledge of Indian politics and Uttar Pradesh politics is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of current affairs and political developments.
- Robust Hindi writing and communication skills.
- Excellent research, reporting, and fact-checking abilities.
- Good news sense and the ability to identify relevant and engaging stories.
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver quality content consistently.
- Degree/Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Someone who follows politics closely, understands the political landscape of Uttar Pradesh, stays updated with daily news, and can turn information into compelling and accurate stories.
