Title: Smartsheet Technical Support

Location: Remote India

Smartsheet Technical Support

- Responsible for Smartsheet 1st level technical support, assisting teams in connecting with Smartsheet Customer Service where needed and determining escalation to Smartsheet Administrator
- Responsible for Daily and Weekly User Mgmt Reporting for Smartsheet Platform and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
- Responsible for Account Requests (Contributors Only) Smartsheet Platform and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
- Assists in developing Smartsheet user documentation (i.e. reference guides)
- Assists in Workspace Governance Audits and identifying opporotunities for Member seat reduction

IT PMO Smartsheet Environment

- Responsible for Daily and Weekly IT PMO Reporting for Smartsheet Workplace and reporting issues or concerns to Smartsheet Administrator
- Responsible for project provisioning and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
- Responsible for IT PMO personnel Smartsheet customization requests and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
- Responsible for IT PMO Portfolio Spend Workspace oversight during Pilot and Hypercare and reporting issues or concerns to IT Portfolio Analyst
- Assists IT Portfolio Analyst in technical debt clean-up related to IT PMO Smartsheet Environment
- 5+ years of experience in Smartsheet Technical Support and Solutioning (understanding basics of Smartsheet solutions using Sheets, Reports, Dashboards and Premium Applications)
- 6+ months of experience provisioning new accounts in Smartsheet newly released USM
- Some experience creating Collections
- 1+ years of experience documenting processes
- Smartsheet Solutions Architect Certification
- Smartsheet Platform




- Smartsheet Premium Applications Dynamic View, WorkApps, Data Shuttle and DataMesh Proof of Smartsheet Core Product Certification
