Were Hiring | Repair & Maintenance Engineer Electrical or Electronics

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Repair & Maintenance Engineer with a strong Electrical background and hands-on experience in maintaining pumps, water supply systems, plumbing-related issues, and water leakage management.

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-10 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Inspect, operate, repair, and maintain water pumps, motors, and pumping systems.
- Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, switches, sockets, lighting systems, and electrical panels
- Monitor water supply systems, overhead tanks, underground tanks, and pumping operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and prevent equipment breakdown.
- Handle basic electrical repairs, wiring, lighting, switches, DB panels, and other electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, vendors, and external contractors for maintenance and repair work.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts.




- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
- Follow electrical safety standards and ensure proper functioning of all equipment.
- Assist in managing maintenance requirements across the facility/property.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, equipment inspections, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company safety procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the overall infrastructure and facilities as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance work.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with water pumps, motors, control panels, and water supply systems.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdowns independently.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Valuable coordination and vendor management skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Ability to work on-site and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
