- Hunt — engage current potential clients through organic and outbound outreach until your calendar is stacked
- Qualify — book the right calls with people who are pre-sold and ready to decide
- Resurrect — follow up on every lead that didn't book or didn't close, and rebook them
- Own your pipeline — CRM, tracking sheets, and daily reporting
- Collaborate with the wider team to keep the machine running smoothly
