AI Forward Developer Overview We are looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with business teams, customers, and engineering groups to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world environments.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, product thinking, and customer problem-solving. The ideal candidate is highly technical, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and able to translate business problems into practical AI systems that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders and customers to understand operational challenges and identify high-value AI use cases.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions using large language models, machine learning models, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Build production-ready applications, workflows, agents, copilots, and automation tools.
- Integrate AI systems with existing enterprise platforms, databases, internal tools, and third-party services.
- Work closely with data, product, security, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and compliant.
- Rapidly iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and operational needs.
- Evaluate model performance, monitor outputs, and improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and enablement materials for internal teams and users.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong software engineering experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience building applications using APIs, cloud services, databases, and contemporary software development practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, especially large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
- Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and customer-facing environments.
