Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering timely, accurate assistance.
- Robust Communication skills,



including clear written and verbal communication across email, chat, and phone.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction by building rapport, managing expectations, and following through on commitments.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, identify patterns, and propose practical solutions.
- Comfort working remotely with basic technical proficiency, including using support tools, ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a part-time schedule.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role is preferred; familiarity with technology or AI-related services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
