Role Description The Relationship Officer role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. In this role, the team member builds and manages relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their housing and loan requirements and guiding them through suitable IIFL Home Loans products.

The Relationship

Officer is responsible for generating leads, conducting follow-ups, explaining loan features and eligibility, and supporting customers throughout the application and approval process. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams for documentation, verification, and disbursement,



ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. The role also involves addressing customer queries, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and contributing to sales and business growth targets while upholding compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to develop, nurture, and retain customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand loan products, eligibility criteria, and risk considerations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain products clearly, handle queries, and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, respectful, and solution-oriented experience for all customers.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, convert leads, and meet or exceed business targets.
- Relevant experience in home loans, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, with robust attention to detail, integrity, and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
