Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new retail customers for Demat and Trading account opening.

- Generate leads through cold calling, references, field visits, networking, digital leads and market mapping.

- Convert prospects into active Demat/Trading customers.

- Explain the company's Equity, Commodity, Currency, Mutual Fund, Insurance and other investment products.

- Complete customer onboarding, KYC and account-opening documentation.

- Activate newly opened accounts and encourage customers to start trading/investing.

- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

- Cross-sell products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Bonds and Wealth Management solutions.

- Achieve monthly Demat acquisition, revenue, brokerage and business targets.

- Increase customer AUM and wallet share through effective product penetration.

- Follow up with customers regarding account opening, transactions, service requests and investment opportunities.





- Coordinate with operations, dealing, research and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow all company and regulatory compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong sales and relationship-management ability.

- Knowledge of stock market, Equity, Demat and Trading accounts.

- Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance and other financial products.

- Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.

- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales/telecalling.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
