We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, understand customer requirements, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospective leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take steps to improve retention.

Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: 1–4 years in relationship management, sales, customer service, banking, insurance, or a related role
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
