We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused B2C Relationship Managers to build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients. The role involves acquiring new clients, understanding their investment needs, promoting suitable financial products, and providing excellent post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new retail clients for equity trading and investment products.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Promote investment products such as Equity, F&O;, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and other financial products .
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC documentation, and trading account activation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide ongoing client support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales, acquisition, and activation targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide basic guidance and support regarding investment-related products and services.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream; candidates from Finance or Commerce backgrounds will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C financial sales, relationship management, or client servicing is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in financial markets may also apply.
- Passion for stock markets and financial services.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of investment products will be an added advantage.
