Role & responsibilities

Source and acquire customers for all bank products in line with bank policies.

Achieve assigned disbursement, login, and productivity targets.

Conduct preliminary credit assessment, income evaluation, and eligibility checks.

Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the banks risk appetite.

Manage endtoend loan origination from sourcing to disbursement.

Ensure 100% compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and Fair Practice Code.

Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.

Build and manage robust customer relationships for repeat business.

Maintain high-quality login files with proper documentation across all products.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of all bank products.





Understanding of banking processes, loan documentation, and origination flow.

Awareness of RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and Fair Practices Code.

Strong sales, customer relationship, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven, field-oriented role.

Basic proficiency in CRM/LOS systems and MS Office

Competency & Skills Required
