CubNesto is looking for qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing) to provide professional clinical nursing care to patients at their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients at home as per prescribed care plans.
- Perform IV administration, injections and prescribed medication administration.
- Conduct wound care, post-operative dressing and orthopedic dressing.
- Administer prescribed antibiotics and other medications within the permitted scope of practice.
- Monitor and record vital signs including BP, SpO, pulse, temperature and blood glucose.
- Provide catheter care and other routine nursing procedures as required.
- Support bedridden, elderly, post-operative and chronically ill patients.
- Monitor patient condition and promptly report any abnormal findings or deterioration.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, visit reports and medication/procedure documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, patients and family members when required.
- Follow CubNesto's clinical protocols, infection-control and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain professional, empathetic and respectful communication with patients and families.
Requirements:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
- Relevant hospital/home-care experience preferred.
- Candidates with solid clinical knowledge and willingness to work in home-care may also apply.
- Good communication, professional attitude and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for home visits across Noida/Greater Noida/Delhi NCR.
