Role (Why position exists)

Will be responsible for end-to-end management of fixture, hanger and space-planning requirements across the assigned regional store portfolio. The role will manage fixture allocation, excess fixture redistribution, movement, NSO readiness and store requirements in line with the approved NSO-Fixture SOP, while ensuring optimum utilization, timely execution and cost efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end fixture and hanger requirements across assigned stores.
- Plan and coordinate fixture and hanger requirements for New Store Openings (NSOs), renovations, relocations, refurbishments and format changes.
- Manage excess fixtures generated from stores and coordinate redistribution to existing stores or movement to warehouse storage after required approval from the Head of Operations.
- Maintain store-wise and regional records of fixture and hanger availability, requirements, excess stock and movements.
- Review approved store layouts and prepare/validate fixture requirement plans for NSOs and existing stores.
- Coordinate fixture deployment, movement, installation and replacement with Operations, Projects, Stores, Warehouse, Logistics and vendors.
- Ensure timely fixture readiness for upcoming NSOs and highlight risks or delays to management.
- Evaluate availability and reuse of existing fixtures before recommending additional requirements.
- Resolve store-level fixture and hanger requirements within defined TAT and ensure closure of pending actions.
- Generate MIS,



trackers and analysis covering fixture availability, movements, excess inventory, NSO readiness and pending requirements.
- Ensure adherence to the NSO-Fixture SOP, approval matrix, documentation requirements and internal controls.
- Drive optimum fixture utilization and support cost optimization through effective redistribution and reuse.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge SAP
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail ERP/category management tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.

Education & professional skillset : BBA OR MBA in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desired experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Space Planning, Store Planning, Retail Projects, Store Development, Fixture Management, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Project Coordination
