Summary Job Summary The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the market presence, developing and managing the distributor and dealer network, and achieving the assigned business targets across Madhya Pradesh. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company’s presence among distributors, dealers, fabricators, architects, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across Madhya Pradesh.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, fabricators, and other channel partners.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with key customers, architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements and provide regular market feedback to management.




- Ensure effective product promotion and increase brand awareness in the assigned territory.
- Plan and conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, distributor reviews, and business development activities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy business relationships with customers.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market updates, and business forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, dispatch, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, sales strategies, and pricing guidelines.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining profitability and sustainable business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or project sales, preferably in the uPVC profile, building materials, or construction industry.
- Strong experience in distributor and dealer network development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of the Madhya Pradesh market and regional business dynamics.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
