We are looking for a agile Regional Sales Manager West to lead and grow our sales operations across the Western region. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in building material sales, and experience managing regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Area Sales Managers.
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Develop channel partners and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, architects,



consultants, and project customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of sales experience in the MEP, HVAC, Insulation, PEB, Roofing,.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel 7 - 10 days per month across the South region
