The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience , strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and business teams.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned business or technology initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Contribute to technology-driven improvements across automotive and vehicle lifecycle management processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational activities
- Identify process gaps and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved service delivery
- Assist in troubleshooting operational or technology-related issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor assigned activities, timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records




- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency
- Support the adoption of digital platforms, automation tools, and data-driven processes
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing operational effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and service requirements
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively follow up on pending tasks and dependencies
