Role Description The Regional Human Resources Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Goregaon. This role is responsible for supporting HR operations across the region, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
The associate will assist with recruitment coordination, HR reporting, attendance and leave monitoring, and administering policies and procedures. Daily work includes responding to employee queries, supporting performance management processes, coordinating trainings, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.
The role collaborates closely with regional HR leadership and business teams to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations and administration skills, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR software usage.
- Experience with recruitment support, such as screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Capability in performance management and employee engagement activities, including feedback processes, recognition initiatives, and survey coordination.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies relevant to regional on-site operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, HR systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR associate or coordinator role is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and maintaining a respectful, non-discriminatory work environment.
