We are hiring a senior Real Estate Finance skilled to lead business origination and transaction execution across MMR and Pune .
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developer financing, structured debt, construction finance or private credit , along with an established network within the real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and source real estate financing opportunities across MMR and Pune.
- Build relationships with developers, CFOs, investment bankers, debt advisors, financial intermediaries and CAs .
- Evaluate project feasibility, promoter profile, cash flows,
repayment capability and transaction risks.
- Structure customised financing solutions including structured debt / private credit/construction finance .
- Negotiate term sheets, pricing, tenure, security, covenants and repayment structures .
- Manage transactions from origination to due diligence, IC presentation, documentation and disbursement .
- Prepare/review financial models, project cash flows, feasibility reports and investment proposals .
- Monitor existing portfolio exposures and maintain ongoing borrower relationships.
- Lead the regional business pipeline and manage team KPIs, performance and deal closures .
