- Promote the hospital’s services and specialties to potential referral partners.
- Generate patient referrals and support business development activities.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
- Maintain and update referral partner databases and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
- Follow up with referral sources and maintain strong qualified relationships.
- Track referral numbers and prepare regular reports.
- Organize promotional activities, meetings, and awareness programs to increase referrals.
- Collect feedback from referral partners and help improve services.
