Role Description The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes for various roles across Skeps, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, reviewing applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, supporting onboarding activities,



and contributing to training and talent development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with local and global teams to support Skeps’ growth.

Qualifications

- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in training or supporting onboarding and talent development initiatives is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and social media sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in tech or fintech recruitment and knowledge of local labor market trends in Gurugram are beneficial.
