1. Role Description
LINC Education is seeking an experienced and people-focused professional to lead teacher recruitment and engagement within the Teaching Operations team.
The role will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality LINC Fellows to support the organization’s growing portfolio of online programs. Working in a highly data-driven environment, the Manager will use technology, recruitment insights and workforce data to plan and optimize teacher recruitment and deployment. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate teaching requirements and ensure the timely availability of suitably qualified educators. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping LINC’s global teaching network and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, personalized online education at scale.
1. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of domestic and international LINC Fellows to meet business and program requirements.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines, LINC Fellow documentation, onboarding resources and deployment readiness.
- Support Fellow deployment through availability checks, CV preparation, contracting and coordination with internal teams.
- Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes, leveraging technology and data to improve efficiency.
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Conduct regular manpower and capacity assessments and develop hiring and resourcing plans aligned with business growth and program requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified academic professionals across disciplines and geographies.
- Monitor recruitment and workforce data to identify talent gaps, forecast requirements and optimise recruitment outcomes.
Collaborative
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen LINC Fellow engagement, experience and retention.
- Partner with Academics and Program Management teams to align recruitment, onboarding and deployment priorities.
- Gather LINC Fellow feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Fellow experience.
2- Essential Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- The ideal candidate should have an advanced degree (MBA, MA, or similar) in Human Resource Management or a similar domain from a Tier-I college
3 - Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or workforce management, preferably managing high-volume or distributed talent pools.
- Experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team is a must.
4 - Must-Have Skills
- Solid data and analytical skills, with the ability to use recruitment and workforce data to drive decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities and timelines.
- Ability to build processes from the ground up and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and scalability.
5 - Good to Have
- Experience recruiting academic professionals, educators, trainers or subject matter experts, preferably across diverse disciplines and geographies.
- Prior experience recruiting or working with candidates across EMEA and APAC markets would be an advantage.
6 - Specific Requirements
- Language: Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Hours: Ability to work standard IST hours with sufficient overlap with Australian business hours, approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST.
- Tools / Platforms: Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, Naukri and SEEK is mandatory.
