Screening the resumes based on competency and skills. Analyse the candidates on the basis of his profile and personal attributes. . Attending telephonic calls regarding job vacancies prepare and analyse the recruitment status, etc. Place advertisement in job portals and send mass emails. Responsible for full Recruitment Life Cycle. Follow-up the candidate to make sure the prospective offer is converted into a closure.
