Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Executive with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for Call Center/BPO roles and must have worked with a Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing Agency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in recruitment while working with leading clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Call Center/BPO positions.
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within defined timelines.
- Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure offer acceptance and candidate joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
Required Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for Call Center/BPO roles is mandatory.
- Must have worked in a Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing Firm, or Recruitment Agency.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
