We're Hiring | Recruitment Executive (Telecalling)

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Work from Office)

ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its recruitment team and looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Recruitment Executives (Telecalling). If you're passionate about talking to people and want to build a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, this opportunity is for you!

Important: This is NOT a sales process. Your role will focus on candidate recruitment, screening, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make 100–200 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.

✅ Explain job opportunities and guide candidates through the onboarding process.

✅ Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.

✅ Coordinate with the internal recruitment team.

✅ Achieve daily recruitment goals.

✅ Maintain accurate candidate records and reports.

Eligibility:



✔ Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.

✔ Graduate or Undergraduate

. ✔ Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an added advantage)

. ✔ Comfortable with target-based outbound calling.

Compensation: Probation Period: 2 Months

Stipend During Probation: ₹8,000 (In-Hand) per month

After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹10,000–₹12,000 (In-Hand) per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
