Role Description The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, role definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for various positions across the organization.

The Recruitment

Manager will develop and maintain talent pipelines, collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Daily activities include coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders, managing offer negotiations, overseeing onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports. The role also involves implementing recruitment strategies aligned with company policies,



ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, and supporting employer branding initiatives in the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Capability to manage recruitment vendors and external partners, including agencies, job portals, and campus relationships.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, hiring compliance requirements, and best practices in fair and inclusive recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment within financial services, insurance, or banking sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Bhubaneshwar and adapt to a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
