We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Intern to join the HR team at SkilloVilla. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on exposure to the complete hiring process.
You'll work closely with the recruitment team, supporting candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and recruitment operations. You'll also gain exposure to day-to-day HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through various job portals and recruitment platforms
- Support the team with candidate sourcing and talent identification
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
- Conduct regular candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process
What we're looking for

- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

- Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers is preferred
Good to have
- Previous internship, project, or academic exposure to Human Resources or Recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or Internshala
- Basic understanding of ATS or HRMS platforms
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking
