About part time job/internship

This internship is for females only and this is a work from office opportunity. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding job descriptions
2. Assessing the candidates (shortlisting, resume evaluation, and phone screening)
3. Calling up candidates and explaining the job details
4. Coordinating with candidates/clients for recruitment
5. Setting up the interviews
6. Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule

Additional points: Your internship stipend will be 6,000 as the fixed Monthly stipend.

Once you achieve 4 hirings, your fixed stipend will be increased to 10,000 per month.

If you complete the full 6-month internship and achieve a total of 8-12 hirings, you will be offered a full time (on-role) position as a recruiter.

If you complete 8 joinings in 6 months, the CTC will be 2.2lpa, if you complete 12 joinings in 6 months, the CTC will be 3lpa and if you complete 12 joinings in 4 months, the CTC will be 4.8lpa.

This internship is 5.5 days a week (alternate Saturdays are off)

You will get a choice for the internship to be made hybrid after completion of first 4 joinings after which you only need to come to office 2.5 days in a week (remaining 3 days will be WFH)

For example : Mondays, Wednesdays and alternate Saturdays (2nd and 4th Sat) in office. In that case,



Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays will be WFH. This hybrid part will only be variable compensation of INR 5000 per joining.

So after the first 4 joinings, you can either continue to work from office at an increased stipend of INR 10K per month, or going hybrid and earning INR 5K on a per joining basis.

Other requirements

Only female candidates who want to have a career in HR recruitments should apply as there is a pre placement offer made upon internship completion. Not for those who just want a certificate for college purpose as we can totally discontinue in 2 months if someone has a will power issue and is just passing time to get certificate.
