Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter / TA Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, sourcing, screening, and coordinating suitable candidates for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and recruitment needs from the HR team and hiring managers.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, offers, and joining.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support the preparation and posting of job advertisements.




- Assist in offer coordination and pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist the HR team with other recruitment-related activities and reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Candidates with 2 to 6 yrs of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
- Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
