Location: Parle Point, Surat

Experience: 6 Months+ in Recruitment

Qualification: Graduate / MBA-HR preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, Job Hai.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
- Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Energetic, positive, and fun-loving personality will be an advantage.
