About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant based in Bangalore to join our dynamic international team. This role is primarily focused on delivering high-quality technology talent across the APAC region, with opportunities to expand into European and US markets as your experience and performance grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top-tier candidates, and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology recruitment,



ideally within an agency, executive search, or specialist staffing environment. You should have a robust track record of sourcing, screening, and delivering high-caliber candidates across various technology disciplines, including IT, Fintech, and Financial Services. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a proactive approach and resilience in managing multiple mandates simultaneously.

You should demonstrate a genuine interest in technology, with the ability to understand complex technical roles and skill sets. A deep understanding of market trends, talent pools, and compensation benchmarks across APAC is highly desirable. Additionally, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a global team are critical attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end candidate delivery processes across various technology and fintech recruitment mandates.
- Sourcing, identifying, screening, and qualifying technology professionals within the APAC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, developing long-term talent networks and communities.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring objectives.
- Conduct targeted market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify potential candidates and market opportunities.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a high-quality recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement.
- Develop and maintain expertise in technology markets, emerging skill sets, and compensation trends across APAC.




- Engage with passive candidates and develop specialist talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Support client delivery and account management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and successful placements.
- Share market intelligence and collaborate with international colleagues to maximize recruitment opportunities.
- Support the expansion into European and US markets and potentially contribute to Capital Markets sector recruitment as your expertise develops.
