Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Visakhapatnam. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers with selection decisions.
The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, participate in employer branding initiatives, and help streamline recruitment procedures and documentation. This position also requires adhering to fair hiring practices and local employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms to manage and attract talent.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
- Understanding of fair, non-discriminatory hiring practices and basic employment regulations.
- Experience in hiring for technical or IT roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in office in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
