SME R2R

Position: Subject Matter Expert R2R

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

CTC: Up to 7.5 lpa

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SME R2R (Record to Report) skilled who will be responsible for managing and supporting R2R processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely closure, and adherence to process and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day R2R accounting and financial processes.

Manage General Ledger (GL) activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Review and validate accounting transactions and reports.





Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliation activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and process guidelines.

Identify process gaps and provide suitable resolutions.

Act as a subject matter expert and support team members with process-related queries.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues within defined timelines.

Prepare and maintain process reports and documentation.

Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.
