DMR LANDZ is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and responsible Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage the reception/front-desk area.
- Answer and direct phone calls and customer enquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and basic office documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and client meetings.
- Assist clients with basic information about DMR LANDZ projects and services.
- Offer and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to clients and visitors.
- Keep the reception and client waiting area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth client visits.
- Handle basic administrative and office-support tasks.
- Maintain a polite, skilled, and customer-friendly environment.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and skilled appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Tamil communication is preferred; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous receptionist/customer service experience is an advantage.

Salary
