D. Lapp Hair Regenerative and Transplant Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Receptionist to join our specialized healthcare team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients and ensuring smooth day-to-day front-desk operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in patient coordination, communication, and administrative support, contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone.
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive, professional clinic experience.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and manage the clinic calendar.
- Coordinate patient check-ins, check-outs, and assist with basic administrative inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records, files, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.




- Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and clinical staff.
- Educate patients on appointment procedures, pre-visit instructions, and post-visit follow-ups.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle billing queries, payments, and basic administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist in a healthcare, clinic, or medical spa setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
