Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Noida. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, welcoming them, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate staff or areas. Daily tasks include managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, scheduling or updating appointments, and maintaining accurate records and basic clerical documentation.

The role also involves assisting with member check-ins, sharing information about services and programs, and coordinating with trainers and support staff to ensure smooth center operations.



The Receptionist is expected to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor and uphold cult fit’s customer experience standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with members and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills to manage calls, inquiries, and front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess clerical skills to handle documentation, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software or booking systems are beneficial.
- Prior experience in a front office, hospitality, or retail customer-facing role is an advantage.
