We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of our architecture office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and consultants in a skilled manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments
- Maintain front desk, meeting rooms, and office appearance
- Assist architects and staff with basic administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies and stationery
- Maintain records, files, and visitor logs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of office administration
- Experience in an architecture or design office is an advantage
