Role Description The Relationship Manager (Retail Vertical) is a full-time, on-site role based in Asansol. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of retail clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.

Responsibilities include regular client meetings, responding to inquiries, providing market and product information, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

The Relationship

Manager will work closely with internal teams to process transactions, resolve issues, and support onboarding of new clients. The role also includes achieving sales and revenue targets, maintaining accurate records,



and complying with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term associations.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, cross-selling, and achieving defined targets in retail financial products.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and basic wealth management concepts relevant to retail customers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in banking, broking, NBFCs, or financial services in a client-facing role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial markets or advisory are an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site setting in Asansol, with a collaborative mindset and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
