Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, handle prospective clients, conduct property visits, and drive property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Communicate property details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams during the booking and documentation process.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Field Sales, or a related sales role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with client meetings and property/site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
