Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential & commercial properties
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property/site visits and client meetings
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings
- Build solid relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status

- Confident, presentable and enthusiastic personality
- Strong sales and convincing abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Real estate sales experience will be an advantage
