About the RoleWe are looking for energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, project presentations, site visits, follow-ups and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
- Conduct professional follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer information and sales records.
- Coordinate with the CRM and sales teams for smooth deal closure.
- Stay updated with company projects and real estate market trends.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers / Freelancers and experienced or candidates can apply.
- Graduate/Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, real estate and customer interaction.
- Basic MS Office knowledge is an advantage.
