Role Description The Real Estate Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end property transactions, including identifying suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and coordinating with property owners, developers, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities, preparing and explaining proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals.

Executive will maintain accurate records of listings and client interactions, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements,



and follow up with clients to build long-term relationships. Collaboration with internal teams to support marketing activities, lead generation, and post-sales services is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate, including knowledge of local property markets, regulations, and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Real Estate, with the ability to evaluate commercial projects and advise clients on investment potential.
- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management, including oversight of property listings, documentation, and client coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM), with an understanding of building operations, maintenance considerations, and occupant needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance related to real estate, such as basic financial analysis, pricing, and interpreting return on investment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
