Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment of All Tecnical and Non- Technical Roles.
- Lead manpower planning aligned with organizational and project requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for role fit and cultural alignment
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring cycle

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate, BFSI, or sales-driven industries
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and market dynamics
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools
