Job Title: Real Estate Customer Support Executive

Job Summary We are looking for an articulate, customer-focused Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our real estate firm. In this role, you will answer inbound phone inquiries from homebuyers, sellers, and tenants, qualify incoming leads, and coordinate appointments for our sales and site-visit teams while maintaining a high standard of professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from prospective clients, addressing queries regarding property listings, pricing, and project locations.
- Lead Qualification & Routing: Capture key buyer preferences (budget, configuration, location) and transfer hot leads to the sales team.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinate property visits, agent meetups, and client consultations using our CRM system.
- Database Management: Systematically log client details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the internal CRM.




- Query Resolution: Address routine queries regarding booking processes, site amenities, or documentation requirements.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / Higher Secondary pass out with 1–3 years of experience in inbound call center operations, telecalling, or real estate customer service.
- Robust command over spoken English and Hindi (knowledge of local regional languages is a plus).
- Basic proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and multi-line phone systems.

Job Details

- Location: On-site (Bomikhal)
- Shift: Full-Time (6-day work week)
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) performance incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,801.02 per month
