Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React.js & Flutter Developer role based in Gurugram. The developer will build and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.js and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

Daily tasks include writing clean, efficient, and reusable code, integrating front-end components with back-end services, debugging and optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers and back-end developers to deliver user-centric solutions. The role involves participating in requirement analysis, code reviews, and sprint planning, as well as implementing best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. The developer will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build cross-platform Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Create reusable UI components and maintain clean, scalable code.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work closely with backend developers, designers, and business teams.
- Manage application state using suitable state-management solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis,



technical planning, and code reviews.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Follow coding standards, version-control practices, and development best practices.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart .
- Experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux, or similar state-management tools.
- Experience with Flutter state management such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Good knowledge of responsive UI design and mobile application architecture.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and backend integration.
- Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycles.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating applications with ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
- Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, maps, camera, QR/barcode scanning, GPS, and offline storage.
- Experience deploying web applications and publishing mobile applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
