About the Role

We are setting up a new manufacturing unit in Noida focused on the production of spray-dried fruit & vegetable powders and dehydrated fruit & vegetable products.

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong R&D; & Production Head to take end-to-end responsibility for the project, from plant setup and equipment selection to process development, trials, production, quality, SOP implementation and scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead R&D; and production activities for fruit & vegetable powders and dehydrated products.
- Manage plant setup, equipment selection and process development.
- Develop and optimize spray-drying and dehydration processes.
- Conduct product trials, pilot trials and scale-up activities.
- Develop and implement SOPs and production processes.




- Ensure product quality, consistency and process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process and production-related challenges.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Procurement and Management teams.
- Support new product development and commercialization.

Practical, hands-on experience in:
- Spray Drying
- Fruit & Vegetable Processing
- Dehydration Technology
- Powder Manufacturing
- Process Development & Scale-Up
- Production & Plant Setup
- SOP Development & Implementation

Candidates with experience in setting up or commissioning a new food processing/manufacturing unit will be preferred.
